We are passionate about what we do and are seeking individuals who share the same drive and enthusiasm. No prior experience is required—we will provide full training. What we can't teach, however, is ambition, initiative and dedication.

Compensation:

• Starting pay will be between 18 - 20/hr (Based on performance; evaluated after the first week)
• With training and experience pay can grow to 27.50 - 30+ per hour within 6-8 months once you're on your own.

Qualities & Requirements:

✅ Motivated, dependable and responsible
✅ Eager and willing to learn
✅ Respectful and professional
✅ Physically capable of lifting 30-40 lbs.
✅ Must have own transportation
✅ Valid drivers license

This is a physically demanding trade. Please be prepared for hands-on, labor-intensive work. For example, completing a single detailed service may sometimes require an entire day with 2 team members.
